
Chocolate Caramel Raspberry Sauce
This is such a fast and easy gourmet sauce to make that it will probably be a regular staple in your house!
If you use V125 Indulgence Couverture Chocolate or Indulgence Ultra
Couverture Dipping & Enrobing Chocolate you DO NOT TEMPER for this
recipe!
Ingredients:
- 12 ounce can of evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup of raspberry jam, seedless
- 1 lb. Chocoley Caramel
- For A THICK Sauce:
1 lb. chocolate

- For A THINNER Sauce:
1 lb. chocolate

Method:
| 1. | Mix all ingredients in a heavy saucepan and gently heat on low, stirring often until melted. |
Pour into fondue pot and use your favorite dipping items such as fruit, cheesecake bites, brownie bites, cookies, pretzels, marshmallows...
